TERMS & CONDITIONS :

A deposit will be required to reserve date and confirm all bookings. A booking confirmation/contract will be sent to you, which will require returning with a deposit payment.

Costume hire / unmanned mascot costumes:- Deposit payable to secure safe return of costume, amount to be agreed on booking depending on costumes required, payable in advance, together with hiring fee. Local delivery available, or courier both ways to be paid by customer. Deposit will be refunded providing costume is returned in the same condition as delivered and by date specified on booking. Costumes are hired on a 'hire only basis' with no insurance provided by The Character Party Company.

We wish to express that it is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. All characters are generic costumes and are not affiliated, licensed or associated with any corporation or trademark. Should you need a licensed, copyrighted character at your event, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for your specific targeted character. In addition, we only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we DO NOT represent any licensed characters.
